Raspberry White Chocolate


Raspberry cake with white chocolate ganache between each layer, frosted with raspberry cream cheese, dripped with white chocolate ganache around the edges, and decorate with freeze dried raspberry crumble and white chocolate crispearls.

Plain flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, butter, milk, vanilla, eggs, icing sugar, cream cheese, raspberries, white chocolate, white chocolate ganache [white chocolate, cream], Berry Fresh freeze dried raspberry powder and crumble, Callebaut white chocolate crispearls.

Width – 6 inches (approx. 15cm)
Height – approx. 18cm
Serving – 15 to 20 people. We only bake in 1 size, so we recommend ordering cupcakes/babycakes to serve less.
