Raspberry White Chocolate
Raspberry cake with white chocolate ganache between each layer, alternating with raspberry cream cheese and white cream cheese, dripped with white chocolate ganache around the edges, and decorated with freeze dried raspberry crumble and white chocolate crispy pearls.
Width – 6 inches (approx. 15cm)
Height – approx. 18cm
Serving – 15 to 20 people. We only bake in 1 size, so we recommend ordering cupcakes/babycakes to serve less.
