What makes you different from other cupcake bakeries?

From day 1 we have always baked fresh and with the best possible ingredients, and today our whole team stands by baking fresh and with the best ingredients we can get our hands on. We use award winning Heilala vanilla, creamy full fat New Zealand butter, local free range eggs from Katie Joy, Callebaut cocoa & chocolate, Murray River salt flakes, and Berry Fresh freeze dried fruit powder & crumble.

What is a Babycake?

A babycake is roughly half the size of a cupcake and is great for children, or if you want to try more than 1 flavour.

Why do you have a minimum per flavour?

We have a minimum of 12 cupcakes or 20 babycakes (10 per flavour) as our cupcakes are made to order. It is not feasible to bake less than the designated amount without having excess. If you find the minimum is too high, come and visit us in store and grab a selection of cupcakes we have that day.

Do you deliver?

Yes! We hand deliver our cupcakes 5 days a week within a 40km radius from our store. Complimentary delivery is offered to certain suburbs as indicated in our map.

We offer time frame delivery as outlined below
Monday to Saturday
10am to 1pm
1pm to 4pm,
or anytime 10am to 4pm

Perth CBD deliveries can be made between 10am and 11.30am, however outside of this area, we do not offer time specific deliveries. Collection is recommended, or delivery the day prior.

What if I need to cancel or change my order?

Please call us at 6110 0222 ASAP.

We are available from 10am to 8pm Tuesday to Sunday. All changes/cancellations need to be confirmed by us, therefore simply “letting us know” by email without confirmation from us will not suffice.

24 working hours notice is required from your designated delivery time. 

Do you sell vegan or gluten free cupcakes?

Yes! We have 6 flavours in our vegan and gluten free range. We try our best not to cross contaminate however these flavours are baked in the same kitchen as our standard cupcakes containing dairy, eggs, and gluten. Therefore, we cannot guarantee our vegan and gluten free cupcakes are 100% free from dairy, eggs, and gluten.

What ingredients are in the vegan and gluten free range?

The general ingredients in our vegan/GF range include,

How do I store my cupcakes?

Our cupcakes are baked fresh daily so we always recommend to eat them on the day you receive or purchase them. However, they will keep for up to 2 days when kept at COOL room temperature in the packaging provided, or in an airtight container.

Do not refrigerate or freeze them as they dry out and the consistency changes.

How can I provide feedback?

There is always room for improvement, and we are open to any constructive criticism and encourage all our customers to provide us with their valuable feedback! You can do this by calling us, emailing, or leaving a comment on our Facebook or Instagram.

If you ever have a negative experience with our customer service or our cupcakes, we would prefer to resolve these personally as we take them very seriously. Call or email us to let us know what has happened and we will try our best to satisfy your needs.

Are your cupcakes Halal?

All our cupcakes contain Heilala baking blend vanilla extract.
